And honestly… it began with self-belief.

For years I worked as an Area Manager in retail before stepping away from my career to be more present for my children — something I’ll always be grateful for.
But somewhere along the way, I lost direction a little.
Not as a mum.
Not as a wife.
But as Karen.
I reached a point where I didn’t know what I wanted next. My confidence had taken a knock and the self-doubt became louder than the excitement for the future.
